Concrete & Asphalt
Durable concrete and asphalt surfaces for driveways, parking areas, walkways, curbs and garage ramps, from small residential pours to full commercial resurfacing.
What is under the surface decides how long the surface lasts
Potholes, settled walkways and broken curbs are nearly always a base problem rather than a surface one. Paving over a failed base buys a season. Repairing the base, correcting the falls and then paving buys a decade.
We mill or break out what has failed, rebuild and compact the base in lifts, correct the grading so water reaches the catch basins, then place and compact new material with joints cut at the right spacing so the new work can move without cracking.
What the work includes- Parking lot milling, base repair, resurfacing and line painting
- Sidewalks, walkways and curb repairs
- Garage concrete repairs and parking garage ramps
- Balcony and podium concrete repairs
- Concrete placement, finishing and proper joint cutting
- Drainage and grading correction to the existing catch basins
- Accessible parking markings and directional lines

What usually prompts the call
- Potholes reopening in the same place every spring
- Water pooling in the lot instead of reaching the catch basins
- Spalling or flaking concrete in a parking garage
- Settled or lifted walkway slabs that have become a trip hazard
- Faded line marking that is hard to read at night

Concrete & Asphalt, answered
Asphalt is usually open to traffic the same day once it has cooled. Concrete needs to cure, typically seven days before vehicle loading, and we phase the work so most of the site stays usable.
Yes, and on commercial sites we usually do. The lot is split into sections so tenants and visitors always have somewhere to park.
Yes. Lines, accessible spaces and directional markings are repainted as part of the resurfacing, not quoted as an afterthought.
