Being a family-run company, we work as a team to manage everything that it takes to provide reliable, high-quality renovation and construction services. Since 2003 we have developed a culture between our management, our employees and our suppliers that is all about doing the job right.

Today Tricon Ontario Inc. runs from two locations, Concord in Vaughan and Hamilton, and serves properties all across southern Ontario. What started as construction and renovation grew to include a full building-envelope restoration practice and, because our clients kept calling us at midnight, a 24/7 emergency restoration division.

2003 — The company starts
Tricon Ontario Inc. begins as a family construction and renovation company serving homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area, built around a simple promise: do the job the way you would want it done at your own house.
Building the envelope trades
Waterproofing, roofing, aluminum and caulking are brought in-house so that one company can be responsible for everything that keeps water out of a building — and so no client is left mediating between three contractors.
Commercial & industrial work
Property managers, condominium corporations and commercial owners bring larger scopes: flat roof replacements on occupied buildings, envelope restoration, parking structures and joint sealant programmes.
Our own fencing & railing shop
Manufacturing in Ontario gives us custom sizes, custom colours and short lead times — for planned work and for emergency site fencing at short notice.
A second location in Hamilton
823 Rennie St opens, cutting response times across Hamilton, Halton, Niagara and the west end of the GTA for both scheduled projects and emergency calls.
24/7 emergency restoration
The emergency division formalises what we were already doing after hours: live dispatch, a one-hour target response, insurance-ready documentation, and reconstruction by the same crews.
