The situation
These are the rooms nobody shows visitors and everybody depends on. Boilers, pumps, HVAC plant and electrical gear all fail faster in a wet room, and a compactor room is wet every single day.
Each room was prepared, coved at the base of the walls and finished with a seamless system that can be washed down without finding its way into the structure.
