The call
A roof leak at night needs two things in order: stop the water tonight, and fix the roof properly once it is safe to work on it in daylight.
We tarped and made the roof watertight the same night, then returned to open it up, find where the water was actually entering and carry out the permanent repair.

- Interior protection and extraction where water had already entered
- Daylight investigation to find the real entry point
- Permanent repair or replacement of the failed section
- Documented for the insurer where a claim was involved
Water stopped the same night, and the cause fixed rather than covered.
